20 years in practiceOriginally from New York, Dr. Patrice Crane Storey completed her undergraduate training at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Following a move to the Lone Star State, she received her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

After completing a pediatric internship and residency at The University of Virginia in 1988, Dr. Crane Storey returned to Houston and began pediatric practice at MacGregor Medical Association, where she remained until 2001.

Prior to joining Dr. Paredes, Dr. Crane Storey's interest in the care of very ill children led to her employment at Texas Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Hospitalist. Dr. Crane Storey has been a volunteer at the St. Cecilia Medical Clinic since 1996. The clinic provides well child care and immunizations to underinsured infants and children. She and her husband, Mark, have two children, and in their free time they enjoy attending and participating in their children's many school and sports activities.
